To maximize its benefits, stay away from known allergens, keep your living environment dust-free, and maintain proper hydration.
Common side effects of BilaRAAY-M Tablet include headache, cough, fatigue, fever, abdominal pain, diarrhea, drowsiness, and otitis media. These symptoms are usually mild and go away on their own. If any of these side effects persist or bother you, let your doctor know. To reduce drowsiness, avoid alcohol and ensure you get enough rest.
While on BilaRAAY-M Tablet, do not drive or operate heavy machinery as it can cause dizziness or sleepiness. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before using this medicine. BilaRAAY-M Tablet provides relief from allergic symptoms such as blocked or runny nose, sneezing and itchy or watery eyes caused by seasonal hay fever (allergic rhinitis), seasonal allergies, and allergies. It works by reducing certain substances in the body that are responsible for the allergic symptoms. BilaRAAY-M Tablet reduces swelling in the airways and gives relief from the symptoms of asthma.

How to use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. BilaRAAY-M Tablet is to be taken on an empty stomach.
Missed Dose
If you miss a dose of BilaRAAY-M Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
How it works
BilaRAAY-M Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Bilastine and montelukast. Bilastine is an antiallergic medication. It treats allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body. Montelukast works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation in the airways to relieve symptoms of allergies.

DrivingUNSAFEBilaRAAY-M Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
KidneyCAUTIONBilaRAAY-M Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.
LiverCAUTIONBilaRAAY-M Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.
- Bilasure M 20mg/10mg Tablet helps control allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itching but does not cure the condition.
- Stop taking Bilasure M 20mg/10mg Tablet at least three days before taking an allergy test, as it can affect the test results.
- Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor, even if you feel better.
- Taking more than the prescribed amount of Bilasure M 20mg/10mg Tablet will not improve effectiveness but may increase side effects.
- Bilasure M 20mg/10mg Tablet should be taken before a meal, as food can reduce its absorption.
