2) What data we collect

a) Data you provide directly

  • Enquiry / contact forms: name, business email, phone, company, country, job title, message, product(s) of interest, files you upload.

  • Downloads / newsletter / events: name, email, company, country, role, interests.

  • Careers: name, email, phone, location, resume/CV, cover letter, work history, education, references, and any information you share (which may include sensitive personal data you voluntarily provide).

b) Data collected automatically

  • Usage & device data: IP address, approximate location, browser type/version, OS, device identifiers, pages viewed, time on page, referring URLs, and interactions.

  • Cookies & similar tech: pixels, tags, local storage used for essential site functions, analytics, and (if enabled) marketing. See “Cookies” below.

c) Data from third parties

  • Lead/industry directories, event partners, social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), or recruitment portals when you interact with our listings there.

We do not intentionally collect data of children under 18. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to delete it.

 

 

3) Why we process your data (purpose & legal basis)

  • To respond to enquiries and provide our services (contractual necessity / legitimate interests; consent where required).

  • Marketing contacts: until you opt out or for 24 months post last engagement.

  • Recruitment data: typically 12 months (or as required by law) after the process ends.

  • Legal/compliance records: as required by applicable law (often 5–7 years).

We may anonymize data for analytics and retain aggregates indefinitely.


8) Your rights

Under India’s DPDP Act, you may:
