How to use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. RAAYUp tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Missed Dose
If you miss a dose of RAAYup Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
How it works
RAAYUp tablet is a combination of vitamin B9, B12, levocarnitine, and vitamin E. Folic acid is essential for production of red blood cells. It prevents and treats folate deficiency and anemia. When taken by pregnant women, Folic acid prevents miscarriage, preterm labor, and neural tube defects in infants. Levo-carnitine helps turn the fats present in ingested food into energy. Methylcobalamin corrects vitamin B12 deficiency thereby helping in treating certain anemias and nerve problems. Vitamin E protects body tissues from damage caused by free radicals. It keeps the immune system strong against viruses and bacteria.

- Avoid taking antacids 2 hours before or after taking RAAYup Tablet as they make it harder for your body to absorb the medicine.

- Along with taking RAAYup Tablet, take a healthy diet, sleep for a minimum 6-7 hours at night, and reduce stress levels.
