How to use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. NapRAAY Tablet may be taken with or without food.
Missed Dose
If you miss a dose of NapRAAY Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
How it works
NapRAAY Tablet is a combination of two medicines: naproxen and domperidone. Naproxen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain due to migraine. Domperidone works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting associated with migraine. Together, they provide relief from migraine symptoms.

KidneyCAUTIONNapRAAY Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.
LiverUNSAFENapRAAY Tablet is unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided.
Use of NapRAAY Tablet is not recommended in patients with moderate and severe liver disease.
- Do not take it to treat an acute attack of migraine.
- Some tips that may help avoid a migraine attack include eating your meals at the same time every day, avoiding bright lights and extreme temperatures, avoiding loud music and noisy places, and abstaining from chocolates, cheese, processed food, alcohol, and smoking.
- NapRAAY Tablet may cause dizziness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how NapRAAY Tablet affects you.
- Take NapRAAY Tablet as prescribed by your doctor, even if your symptoms go away.
