Ritu is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Nirvana Venture Advisors, where she leads the finance, legal, tax, compliance, joint ventures, and investor relations functions, while also overseeing the establishment of both onshore and offshore business structures.

Previously, Ritu held senior roles with leading organizations, including Patni Energy, Essar Oil, Hutchison Essar Telecom, Essar Information Technology, and Doogar & Associates. With extensive expertise in fundraising, mergers and acquisitions (M&As), structured financial products, strategic planning, tax, governance, and accounting, she has played a pivotal role in securing and managing syndicated debt transactions worth $250 million and driving investor relations as CFO at Patni Energy Pvt. Ltd. She was also a key member of the team responsible for the financing and restructuring of $650 million in debt at Essar Oil Ltd.

With 27 years of experience in finance and governance, Ritu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Modern Management (Pune), and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Additionally, she is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
